Tranquility Natural Healing is a very special experience.

 

I created this space for deep relaxation & ultimate healing on many levels. We are spiritual beings having a human existence. When one awakens to this, it can be a very beautiful for some & extremely traumatic for others.

 

Tranquility Natural Healing focuses on guiding clients through this process, with as much ease & flow as possible.

 

I work with a variety of modalities:

- Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is the practice of using the natural oils extracted from flowers, bark, stems, leaves, roots or other parts of a plant to enhance psychological and physical well-being. The inhaled aroma from these "essential" oils is widely believed to stimulate brain function. Essential oils can also be absorbed through the skin, where they travel through the bloodstream and can promote whole-body healing.

- Acupressure

Acupressure uses the same pressure points and meridians, but Acupuncture employs needles, while Acupressure uses gentle to firm finger pressure. When these acupressure points are stimulated, they release muscular tension, promote circulation of blood, and enhance the body's life force energy to aid healing.

- BioRidian

Bioridian uses an ancient form of crystal healing focusing on specific meridian points. By stimulating the pressure points with selenite, we help the Qi energy to be activated and therefore natural healing can occur. When this energy moves, the body is relieved of stress and pain, allowing Qi to flow through the meridians more freely.

- BioTuning

Is the use of tuning forks to balance and clear your energy field as our bodies electromagnetic field can retain blockages.

- Breath Work

Breathwork is an active meditation that helps shut the mind off long enough to access stuck energy and emotions in the body. As we begin to release the mind, unprocessed emotional pain is able to surface. Breathwork gives us an opportunity to release the painful emotions and experiences that keep us stuck in our lives.

- Chakra Balancing

Chakra balancing is the process of restoring a harmonious flow of energy across the chakra system. The effect of well balanced chakras often translates into a feeling of well-being, relaxation, being centered, increased vitality and embodiment of oneself.

- Crystal Healing

The premise of working with chakra stones or crystals is that each stone has the purpose of magnifying or balancing the energy center you’re focusing on. In order to choose a healing crystal, you have to look at several stone attributes, including its energetic quality, color, and the intuitive or personal resonance you have with it.

- Energy Flow Correction

Energy flow correction evolved as i found that the body had many energetic blockages while working on clients. The focus of this modality is to release any blockages and correct the energy flow enabling the bodies natural ability to heal much faster.

- Hot Rocks

Hot Stones The practice began among the Hindus in India approximately 5,000 years ago, and was called Ayurveda. This involved the placement of stones on the body to massage and relax tense muscles and relieve related pain. 

​

- Massage

Massage therapy consists primarily of hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, specifically, the muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints for the purpose of optimizing health. This has a therapeutic effect on the body and optimizes health and well-being by acting on the muscular, nervous and circulatory systems. Physical function can be developed, maintained and improved; and physical dysfunction and pain and the effects of stress can be relieved.

- Recalibration

We are jumping timelines so frequently now, often our systems don't get a chance to normalize & recalibrate to our natural baseline.  This can be extremely unsettling when you are totally off balance and out of alignment.  I have been working with Energy, Frequency & Vibration for many years now and I have the ability to harness and recalibrate your systems.

- Reflexology

Reflexology is a focused pressure technique, usually directed at the feet or hands.  It is based on the premise that there are zones and reflexes on different parts of the body which correspond to, and relative to all parts, glands and organs of the entire body.   When the reflexes are stimulated, the body's natural electrical energy works along the nervous system to clear any blockages in the corresponding zones.

Reiki is an ancient system of energy healing called “Usui Shiko Ryoho” and means “Universal Life Force Energy”.  Reiki is a powerful yet gentle, non-invasive system that utilizes the gentle laying on of hands (working in the energy field/aura), to bring balance on all levels – Mind, Body & Soul.

- Sound Bath

Sound is an ancient healing medium that has been utilized around the globe for thousands of years.  The electromagnetic energy that surrounds and infuses the human body (also known as "Chi," "Aura" and  the "Energy Field"). 

When you combine these, you create a deep state of healing on many levels.

-Sound Therapy

Also known as binaural beats, this method stimulates the brain into a specific state using pulsing sound to encourage your brain waves to align to the frequency of the beat. It will help induce enhanced focus, entranced state, relaxation, or sleep.

- Tuning Forks

Tuning fork therapy uses calibrated metal tuning forks to apply specific vibrations to different parts of the body. This can help release tension and energy and promote emotional balance. It works similar to acupuncture, using sound frequencies for point stimulation instead of needles. They can also be used to work on our energy fields and auras.
