The last four years have been quite a journey for me.

The depths of my knowledge have expanded greatly and my personal experiences have allowed me to provide a deeper level of healing.

My skill-set has evolved to wonderful new depths which has intensified and sharpened my intuition.

I have found that there are huge amounts of trapped energy in the body from years of drama and trauma as we grow and evolve, adding the extreme tension and chaos of the last four years.

Think of the human body like a pressure cooker...It needs released.

​

Using aromatherpy, acupressure and breathwork will start releasing these blockages.

Then utilizing hot rocks, massage and cupping will aid in releasing the deeper tissue blocks.

Finishing up with foot reflexology will smooth out and remove any transient resistance.

Clearing the spine, neck and shoulders can release huge pain and tension. This continues into the hips, legs and feet.

Depending on the length of your session dictates how in-depth I can go into your healing session.

Once turned I can then get into two major blockages which occur in the armpits and hips.

- Armpits which majority of shoulder and neck issues can be released from here.

- Hips where much trauma and abuse has been stored and needs released especially in women due to childbirth...this can relieve back, hip, knee and foot pain.

Once I've worked all the energy lines throughout the body, I like to finish with foot reflexology to smooth out any residual resistance that may be left.
