Cancellation Policy

Last minute cancellations and “no-shows” leave me with empty appointment times.  I may have had to turn away other clients who could have enjoyed that appointment time.  Due to this, clients that do not honor their appointments will be charged a cancellation fee at their next appointment.

 

 

For any appointment cancelled with less than 24h notice, you will be charged for the full treatment.
